Notes: Hiroshi Agasa-hakase has been a Friend of the Kudou family since he and Shini'ichi's father, Yusaku, were children. Their family homes are right next to each other, which made Agasa-hakase the perfect Choice to keep an eye on then 13 year old Shin'ichi when work took the Kudou's long term overseas and Shin'ich instanced on staying in Nihon. Agasa-hakase whas the First place Shin'ichi turned for help when he found his Body returned back to that of his 6 year old self by the Black Organisation. Agasa-hakase both arranged Shin'ich to stay with the Mouri family as Conan Edogawa, as well as enrolling him in school "providing" the oproprated documentation to cement the false identify. it is Agasa-hakase the provides Shin'ichi with gadgets for Conan, one of which (the Voice modulator) turned into a financial windfall when he managed to sell a more limited version of the voice modulator to the Yiaba franchise. Agasa-hakase has also taken on a Grandfatherly role for the Shounen Tantei Dan (Detective Boys), though he would rather people would mistake them for his nieces and nephews rather than grandchildren, as strangers often do. when the deaged Shiho Miyano turned up on the Kudou doorstep, Agasa-hakase took here in and provied her with the idenity of Ai Haibara, and she currently lived with him. He has suggest she use the kanji for Ai that means love, but Shiho choose the kanji for Grief instead.
